Personal individual instruction taught by former college players and professional athletes. Objective is to improve player skills, ability and performance with an understanding of the game for Girls ages 5 through High School.
Southern Illinois' largest (6,000 square feet) state-of-the-art training center and practice facility for SIU Softball.

Pitching Fundamentals - $75 (Individual Instruction)
- Specially designed for beginners
- Instruction is 1 to 1 - Instructor to Player
- Basic Fundamentals, velocity, control & movement

Silver Slugger - $95 (Individual Instruction)
- Instruction in All Aspects of Hitting
- Instruction is 1 to 1 - Instructor to Player
- Offensive Attack: Hitting stance, stride, launch, follow through; as well as bunting & short game options, drills, drills and more drills!
- Class Meets 1 time a Week
- Total of 4 Sessions - approx. 45 mins per class

- Focus on correct hitting mechanices
- Fielding instruction in proper throwing, infield/outfield techniques
- Instruction is small group oriented

Advanced Pitching - $95 (Individual Instruction)
- Pitching mechanics and techniques taught at the college level
- Focus on a variety of different pitches such as rise, drop, screw, curve, and change up

24 hour Cancellation Policy Notice
Player and/or Parent must advise Sports Blast at least 24 hours prior to missing a lesson. Player can only be scheduled into an existing/available lesson in the same session. Based on time restraints and number of players, we are unable to create new lessons (month), dates and/or extend refunds/credits.
